Finally after months of procastion, moving, and general all around life stuff I have a new prefab. Okay so its not actually -new- more like a remodel. I’ve been asked since the release to create a larger brownstone so I’ve finally gotten around to do just that. Hopefully things will settle down some so that I can release new content on a regular basis. Or at the very least not once every nine months. >.<

It is recommended you have a plot size of at least 30192sq meters. This takes into account furnishings and minor landscaping of 350 prims. The home alone will fit on a plot size 1489 sq meters.

The doors and windows come with privacy settings. The windows feature 5 levels of tint controllable via the control panel. They can be controlled by the owner or with an access list provided inside the control panel. The doors are lockable and can also be controlled via control panel but also with voice. More details included with purchase.

All .SOHO items are mod/copy/no transfer making them non-refundable.

tap…tap…is this thing on.

Hi all. I just wanted to let anyone who is still checking in that I’m still here. I know its been forever but I was in a bit of a rut. With a good friend pushing me I am starting to make new stuff and I have a lot of exciting plans in the future. So please bare with me as I get some new stuff together. Until its ready I might give a bit of a sneak peek. Kinda like a diary of a crazy content creator type thing.

I know I promised an annoucement back in Jan. Basically I had planned on offering my services as an interior designer. I might still do that in the future but right now my schedule is to all over the place to dedicate time to that. Plus I’d hate taking on clients and not be able to follow through. So for not that’s on the back burner while I work on updating my catalog. Which I think, and I’m sure you’d all agree, is a bit more important right now. I hate to admit that I haven’t built anything in close to 5 months. Bad I know but I’m working on it.

Price Reduction!

I started to design furniture before the use of sculptie prims. I felt at the time my prices were reasonable. Times change and I believe its time now to reduce prices and change things a bit. So last night I set about reducing prices on all my furniture. Some packages as much as 50%. Another thing I did was to set every item in the packages for sale. This will allow for more mixing and matching. I’ve also discontinued the pre-fab packages that sold furniture and a house. I’m hoping to have all the new packages for sale on OnRez by the end of the weekend. Unfortunately because of the amount of items I’ll only be listing packages on OnRez simply because its easier.

I’m am also working on something that I hope to annouce within the next two weeks, so stay tuned.

Welcome

Hello and welcome to .SOHO. This is my very first post so bare with me a bit while I get situated. I started .SOHO back in January 2007. I won’t bore you with a lot of the specifics but basically I’ve been building homes and furniture since I started Second Life in 2004. I’ve been using my own personal blog to talk about new releases but I felt it was time for .SOHO to have its very own blog.

I guess its okay to share a little about me before we get started. Like I said I’ve been in Second Life since 2004. I have a slight addiction to shopping, fashion, and decorating. One of the things that has always surprised me is the lack of emphasis on home decorating within SL. I mean aren’t the places we choose to set up as home just an extension of our avies and our expression of style. It has been for me and I hope that it will be for you too.

I have a lot planned for .SOHO in the upcoming year. Hopefully you will all enjoy what I have to bring to the table.
